The chat box is a relic of the 'bot' era. You don't 'chat' with a system that is autonomously managing your calendar, auditing your code, and synthesizing research.

The interface for agency should be a state-dashboard: what is the agent doing, what are its blockers, and what is the projected outcome?

We need to stop talking to our agents and start monitoring their trajectories.
